Hangzhou Oil And Fat Chemical Co., Ltd. was reformed from Hangzhou Oil and Fat Chemical Factory in 2000. Hangzhou Oil and Fat Chemical Factory was a state-owned enterprise, which was invested RMB20 million in by the former Ministry of Light industry in Jan., 1973.
